Mark Spruill Obituary

Mark Dale Spruill PORTSMOUTH - Mark Dale Spruill, 50, of Kansas Drive, passed away Nov. 11, 2009. A native of Chesapeake, he was a plumber. He is survived by his mother, Brenda Spruill; his father, W. Dale Spruill; his brother, Michael Scott Spruill; and sister-in-law, Marie Spruill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, with Pastor Ernie Myers officiating. The burial will follow in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www. snellingsfuneralhome.com.

Wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. I can not imagine the pain of loosing a child. May you find comfort in the wonderful memories and reassurance that you will see him again one day.

Gene and I were so terribly sorry to hear about Mark. What in this world happened? I will call you when we get back home, if I'm not able to stop by tonight at visitation.
