I hope the family may remember me- I was Jane Van SLeen and my dad was Bob Van SLeen, Utilities Director in Shelby for many years.I remember Phin and Bunny being neighbors of ours in Shelby and Phin and my dad being friends. I am sorry to hear of his death and send my condolences to the family.
