Just noticed this report of long ago as I was doing research online. I knew Rabbi Krohn and participated in his cultural events while I was music director of the Symphony in Norfolk and after that. He was a very fine man and I am upset to read that he passed away and quite some time ago. I share your sorrow.

Hampton Roads has lost a profound voice, in the passing of Rabbi Krohn. He will be missed. May his memory be a beacon of light for all to cherish. May his legacy be his love of children, family and devotion to Torah.

We are deeply sadden to hear of Rabbi Krohn's passing. Sorry that we can not observe shiva with the family. Our thoughts are with you.
