Donald Womack Obituary

Donald Womack SUFFOLK - Donald Womack, 44, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born January of 1965 in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Claudine Moultrie Womack and the late Ernest Thomas Womack III. Donald is survived by his wife, Rosemarie Rellona- Womack; three children, David Ken Womack, Karrie Ann Mayleen Womack and Anthony Zuriel Rellona Womack; mother, Claudine Moultrie Womack and stepfather, Chris Moultric; brothers and sisters, Joyce W. Godfrey and husband Jay, Kenneth Womack, and Andre Clarke Womack; nieces and nephews, Jessica Cooke Womack, Jamilya Godfrey, Spencer Womack, and Cherish Womack; mother-in-law, Juarrita Morana Rellona; brother and sister-in-laws, Virginia Sobremisana, Bernatdita Opiz and husband Eric, Benedicto Songalia and wife Lera and Cipriano Songalia and wife Bella, Virgilio Songalia, Hildegarda Songalia; aunts and uncles, Lindell, Audrey, Elsie, Nancy, and Billy; many cousins and special friends. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Saturday, Nov. 28, by the Rev. James Gordon at the Church of St. Therese, 4137 Portsmouth Blvd., Chesapeake. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 a.m. to noon at the Church of St. Therese. The burial will be private at a later date. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, is serving the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 604 Constance Woods Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
