Elizabeth Hatfield Obituary

Elizabeth M. Hatfield NORFOLK - Elizabeth "Ann" Midgett Hatfield, 84, of Willoughby Spit, passed away Nov. 21, 2009. She was born June 8, 1925, in Richmond to John and Hilbert Midgett, and was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Warren O. Hatfield Sr., five sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her son, Warren Hatfield Jr. and his wife Janet; two grandsons, Warren "Skip" Hatfield III and Brandon Hatfield and their mother, Michelle Hall; two stepgrandchildren, Jason Evans and Shannon Walker; two step great-grandsons, Jaden Evans and Darren Walker; one sister, Betty Frazier; a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive, is handling arrangements. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Bon Secours Hospice and her loving neighbors and friends. Condolences may be made to the family at www.hollomon- brown.com.
