Ticky will be missed by everyone in the community especially the law enforcement community. He was a fellow law enforcement officer, a Brother Mason, and a dear friend of me. He would give you his shirt off his back if needed. He loved all children. He made everyone smile when he told you a joke. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. God Bless you Ticky.

Tiki will missed so much by everyone in our community. I will miss him calling out "Mean Gene" across the parking lot or wherever he saw me. His loss was so sudden and my prayers and thoughts go out to the family.
