Sandra Kay Moore VIRGINIA BEACH - Sandra Kay Moore, 66, of the 3900 block of Silina Drive, passed away Dec. 6, 2009, in Virginia Beach. A native of South Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Grover S. and Etta Creef White. She retired as an operations manager with Bell Atlantic and was a member of the Tidewater Telephone Company Pioneers and South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church. She is survived by two daughters, Kristen McCullough and Sharon Moore; a son, Keith Moore and his wife Amy; three grandchildren, Ryan McCullough, Taylor McCullough, and Grayson Moore; two sisters, Jeanette Floyd of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., and Carol Barkley and her husband Harold of Virginia Beach. A funeral will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, with the Rev. Amos Eby officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. and all other times at 108 Chancellor Drive, Virginia Beach.
