Barbara Zarth Obituary

Barbara L. Zarth VIRGINIA BEACH - Barbara Lee Zarth, 69, passed away Dec. 8, 2009, in a local hospital. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Betty O'Neil. She was a native of Mansfield, Ohio, and lived in the Virginia Beach area for the past 40 years. She was retired from Honeywell Systems Inc. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Lawrence Zarth; three sons, Jeffery Zarth of Norfolk, Christopher Zarth of Norfolk, and Kevin Zarth of Knotts Island, N.C.; two brothers, Barry Lewis and Michael O'Neil, both of Ohio; three grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffery, and Amanda; and one great- grandchild, Joshua. A funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 12, at 3:30 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, with the family to receive friends one hour prior beginning at 2:30 p.m. A graveside service will be held at the Mansfield Cemetery in Mansfield, Ohio, Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 2 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at the Snyder Funeral Home in Mansfield. Online condolences may be made at www.hdoliver.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
