Sevilla Cevora Obituary

Sevilla Audrey Cevora NORFOLK - Sevilla Audrey Cevora, 71, passed on Monday, Dec. 7, 2009. She was born in Square Islands Labrador, Newfoundland, and met her loving husband in St. Johns Newfoundland in 1961. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Rowena Campbell. If you knew her well, you would know her by "Nanny." Nanny was the best wife, mother, and grandmother that anyone could ever have. Nanny will be missed very dearly by her husband of 48 years, family and friends. She left behind her husband, Lloyd "Jim" Cevora; her children, Kathryn Cevora, Wanda Turner, John Cevora (Cindy Morgan) and Thomas Cevora (Eileen Agosto); her grandchildren, April Rankin (Maurice Rankin), Jesse Morgan, Zachary Turner, Tawny Cevora, John Cevora Jr., Julia "Sissy" Cevora and Charles Rollins. Julius "Kujo" Calpo was dear to her also, like a child of her own. Nanny also left behind her animals which she cared for very much. There will be a family and friend "get together" in her memory at the American Legion Post 327, on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, Sunday, Dec. 13, from 1 until 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 5101 Cleveland St., Virginia Beach, VA 23462. She will always be loved and never forgotten. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
