Our love and sympathy to the Everton family on the loss of Jerry. I remember his patience and fun-loving attitude; I enjoyed working with him at GBHS. He touched the lives of many Chesapeake students and colleagues and will be remembered for all he did for them.

Dear Ann, Tracia, and Sharon,
You can certainly be proud of your dad for all he did for students in Chesapeake. I also remember his spunky attitude. May you all find peace in Jesus's loving arms.

Jerry lived briefly in our little village of Zuni, Virginia. He became a wonderful motivation for change here. When we think of the clean up projects done at the former Zuni Peanut Silo and Warehouse property, we're thankful for Jerry's part in making that all possible. We truly take God at his word when he says, "IN ALL THINGS God works for the good of those who love him..." Romans 8:28. Prayers and love to family and friends at this time of loss. With you, Pastor Doug VanNiel and the congregation of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Zuni, VA
