Andrea R. Conway CHESAPEAKE - Andrea Roberts Conway, 59, of the 1100 block of Wright Ave., passed away peacefully, Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, in her home.Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Virginia Roberts. Andrea was involved in Girl Scouts for 46 years and was a leader for approximately 30 years. She worked at Disability Determination Services and was a member of South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church. Survivors include her brother, Michael Roberts and wife Denise; a nephew, Jason Roberts; a niece, Kristin Snead; foster children, whom she loved as her own, Kevin Cook, Robert Morgan, Steve Morgan, Rod Workman and Sam Ballard; grandchildren, Hannah, Kaytlynne, Jacob, Tyler and Madison; and her special friends, Carolyn Beecher and family, Judy Topeleski and Jennifer Hickman. A memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church. The Rev. Amos Eby will officiate. The family would like to offer special thanks to Andrea's friends at DDS for their love and care. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to South Norfolk Congregational Christian Church.
