Gary Heuser Obituary

Gary Jon Heuser VIRGINIA BEACH - Gary Jon Heuser, 65, of Virginius Drive, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009 at a local hospital. Born in Corning, N.Y., to the late Beatrice and Gorden Heuser, Gary was a retired first class petty officer in the U.S. Navy and also retired from civil service. He was a member of Holland Road Baptist Church. Gary is survived by his wife, Mary E. Heuser; a daughter, Kathryn McNally and fiancé Kenneth Brewington of Merrill, Wis.; a sister, Judy Bradley and husband, Don of Horseheads, N.Y.; three brothers, Clark Heuser and wife Elsie of Earp, Calif., Ernest Heuser of Forksville, Pa., and Tracy Heuser and wife Joyce of Elmira, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Brittany Heuser and Sully Pierce, both of Virginia Beach; and an aunt, Beverly LeVesque of Arlington, Texas. A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Holland Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert F. Pittman officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holland Road Baptist Church Building Fund. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.
