Patricia Duval Obituary

Patricia Ann Duval VIRGINIA BEACH - Patricia Ann Duval, 70, peacefully departed this life Saturday, April 10, 2010. Born in West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Eula Daniels Cross. Pat's loving memory will be cherished by children, Chris, Mark, Pamela, Duwayne, Lee and Michelle; grandchildren, Kimberly, Thomas, Elizabeth, Michael; great-grandchild, Rylee; brothers, Alfred W. and James R. Cross; sister, Mary Shears; her niece, Margie Kay Moffitt, her daughters and other treasured family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Oceanfront Chapel, 1801 Baltic Ave., Virginia Beach, with the Rev. Ed Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Princess Anne Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Online condolences may also be made by visiting www.altmeyer.com. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, 740 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23451 or to the COPD Foundation, 1-866-731-2673, ext. 250. The family would also like to express gratitude to the 3rd floor ICU staff and palliative care team for their professional and compassionate care provided for our precious angel.
