Lois D. Wilson VIRGINIA BEACH - Lois D. Wilson, 81, passed away April 11, 2010 in Williamsburg, Va. A native of Rocky Mount, N.C., she retired from Rice's-Nachman and Smith & Welton Department Stores as a retail manager after 50 years of service. Upon retiring from retail she did in-store demos at commissaries and grocery stores. She was a member of the Tarrellton Club. She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Kerr and husband Paul of Williamsburg and Debbie Ivey and partner Dave Harris of Providence Forge, Va.; her sister, Elsie Mae Smith of Rocky Mount, N.C.; two grandchildren, Kim Wood and husband Bryan and Scott Kerr and wife Story, all of Yorktown, Va.; and five great-grandchildren, Chloe, Carter and Graysen Wood, Jackson and Bennett Kerr. She was predeceased by her husbands, Marion "Bo" Owens and Julian "Duke" Wilson; her mother, Eula Mae Hooper; and a sister, Dorothy Mae Woodruff. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Princess Anne Memorial Park with the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood officiating.
