I will always remember what a great friend R.B. was to our old friend and my neighbor, "Doc." Hazel and family are in our prayers, he was a good man.

I grew up across the street from the Cultler's. You'll never find better neighbors. When my dad passed away 34 years ago, R.B. & Hazel always seemed to look in on Mom and be great friends and neighbors to her for all these years. R.B. would cook the Bar-B-Que at the outings she would have and always be there if needed. He was a great friend, a pillar in the community, a father and a husband and will be surely missed. Mrs. Cutler, Pam, Sid and the rest of the family, I pray God will bring you peace in the memories of R.B. and the joy and laughter he brought to others, you will share with all you meet. Your friend.

Mrs. Hazel, Sid and Pam I am deeply saddened by the passing of RB, as a small boy he was like an extra dad to me. May god be with you as I am sure he is with RB. sincerely your old and life long friend.
