Maxine Knight Obituary

Maxine R. Knight NORFOLK - Maxine Roberta Knight of the 8800 block of Gramel St. passed away April 30, 2010. She was born in Norfolk and was with Eggleston Services for more than 44 years. Maxine was predeceased by her mother, Emma Knight Ferebee. She leaves to mourn her memories: Joyce Phillips, Richard Knight (Daphne), LeAnn, Richard Jr. (Natisha), Matthew, Kevin, other relatives and friends. Maxine was a faithful member of St. Paul COGIC where Dr. Wilbert L. Daniels Sr. is pastor. A funeral will be held Thursday, May 6, at 11:30 a.m. in St. Paul COGIC, 1615 Isaac St. Interment will follow in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.
