Kevin O'Connor Obituary

Kevin D. O'Connor VIRGINIA BEACH - Kevin Daniel O'Connor died Tuesday, May 25, 2010. He was born in Virginia Beach on May 1, 1995. He was a loving son and brother. He was a star scout in the Boy Scouts. He volunteered at the Virginia Marine Aquarium and the Judeo Christian Outreach Center. He was a student at First Colonial High School and loved to ride his BMX bike. He was also a proud member of AAA Hunt Club. He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Wendy; his sister, Abby; a huge, loving family, many buds and bros, BMX bikers and skaters, fellow scouts and hunters and just really great friends. The family would like to thank all of our friends for the loving support you have given. Kevin loved you all. We will celebrate Kevin's life with a funeral Mass at the Church of the Holy Family in Virginia Beach on Tuesday, June 1, at 6:30 p.m. The family will accept friends from 4:30 p.m. until Mass time and also after the service at the reception. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boy Scouts of America Tidewater Council, 1032 Heatherwood Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23455, the Judeo Christian Outreach Center, 1053 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23451 or a charity of your choice in Kevin's memory. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.hdoliver.com.
