We know not the time or hour. To soon. My prayers are with you all. I only had the pleasure of knowing Dennis in the work place, for the most part we talked shop but when talk turned to the things that really matter in life there was always joy in his voice and a gleam in his eye while talking about his family. Dennis understood well the blessing of family and friends. Thank you for having shared Dennis with us here at NAVFAC. I won’t soon forget Mr. Urbaniak’s (Dennis)and his rare gift of making a difficult task “do-able” by laying it out in bite size pieces with no fluff. Dennis was a good man. Godspeed, Marshall Young

My deepest sympathies and heart felt prayers to the Urbaniak family. Dennis was a great individual and a terrific friend to my wife and to myself. The stories she could tell of the good and bad times at work will always be remembered. She feels like she has lost a member of her family. If the family ever needs anything we are here.

Urbaniak Family,
We are sorry for the loss of a wonderful person. Dennis has been a great source of support for our daughter during very trying times on her job. He supported her and stood by her when there was nothing that we could do. Only a very special person would do that. We thank you, the family for letting Dennis be able to help us by helping her. He was a very kind, strong, man and will be greatly missed.

The world has loss one terrific person. He would help anyone that asked and offer to help even the ones that did not ask. Dennis was one of the best mechanics that I have ever worked with and defintely made the days worth remembering. My prayers are with the family and hope that Dennis's memories and the stories that you can tell will make him be as close to your hearts in the future as they are right now. There was always a soft touch to him when he talked about Fran, the boys, the grand babies and the dogs. Dennis felt like a member of my family and I will miss his as well as I know that a great many of his other co-workers will. My prayers are with you all.
