Thomas Bullock CHESAPEAKE - Thomas Bullock entered peacefully into eternal rest Saturday, June 26, 2010. God took him from the care of this world at the age of 92 to a place of perpetual bliss. Thomas was married to the late Ella Elizabeth Faulkner Bullock for 65 years. To this union were born three sons: Thomas D. Bullock, who preceded him in death, and left to cherish his memory are Donald W. "Duck" Bullock of Chesapeake and Ralph W. Bullock of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish his memory are 13 sisters and brothers: Elizabeth S. Florence (Eli) of Durham, N.C., John E. Burnette of Doyles- town, Pa., Gladystine Harper of Bristol, Pa., Candace Carter of Trevose, Pa., Alvis Burnette (Olivia) of Wayne, Pa., Gloria Russell (James) of Uniondale, N.Y., Jerry Burnette of Norristown, Pa., Marion Wadley (Lodis) of Philadelphia, Carolyn B. Hawkins (John) of Littleton, N.C., Naomi Powell (William) of Mitchellville, Md., Agretta Ball of Upper Marlboro, Md., Andrea Green (Pierre) of Macon, N.C., and Carmen Long (Tony) of Durham, N.C. Thomas also leaves to mourn a very special friend, Margie Pelham of Virginia Beach; and a host of other nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. A funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in The Historic First Baptist Church, Bute Street, Norfolk. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.
