Laura was so many things to a vast aray of people. Throughout her flourished postal career she has mentored so many to the ranks of management, that I find it refreshing to think of her continued legacy that exists today thru the work of others. To receive her stamp of approval meant you were truly blessed indeed.
Not only a colleague but Laura became my cherished friend. We've gone through the fires of life together and came out on the other side whole to smile, laugh, and marvel at the experiences.
Laura's greatest joy in life was her family. Son Mark and grandson Gabriel were her sun, moon, and stars.., and yet every sibling, nephew, neice, and cousin owned a piece of her heart.
My heart is broken at the loss of my dear friend, and I also give thanks to our loving heavenly Father for blessing us to have her a part of our lives for the time He has allowed. I cherish and rejoice in having known her. It is well with my soul.
