We are so sorry for your loss. We enjoyed the times we spent with Mrs. Brown. She was a wonderful person. Your hearts will soon be filled with the wonderful memories of happy times together as a family. Sometimes, they are what keep us going, especially when times get tough.

I had moved to NY just after 3rd grade with Mrs. Brown. Of course a hesitant 8 year old, I was upset and devastated. Yet, I was able to find comfort in the kindness of Mrs. Brown's words and her genuine heart before moving. I have carried her memory with me all these years and she will forever live in the same special place of my heart.

Marge was an integral part of Symphonicity from its beginning as the Virginia Beach Community Orchestra. She was a strong supporter of orchestras in this area, and also a dear friend and supporter of the orchestra. I loved playing the Schubert "Trout Quintet" with her and three other friends years ago. It would liven up our summer Tuesday evenings when we had no orchestra rehearsal. Marge would egg us on to play, even when we took a break to chat! She will be missed by all of us!

Margaret was my 3rd grade teacher in 1986 at Kingston Elementary. She was a wonderful teacher. I had lost my grandmother that winter and it was my first significant loss. She hugged me and said the kindest words, then reached into her desk drawer and gave me a small prayer typed on beautiful stationary. I will never forget her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
