Gloria Osborne Obituary

Gloria M. Osborne CHESAPEAKE - Gloria M. Osborne, 67, a longtime resident of Chesapeake, passed away Sept. 8, 2010 in Suffolk. A native of Williamston, N.C., she was the daughter of Mary Clyde Gurganus Holliday and the late Perlie M. Holliday and wife of the late Douglas Lee Osborne. Besides her mother, she is survived by three children, Garry Osborne and his wife Karen, Clifton Osborne, and Teresa Taylor and her husband Lee; five grandchildren, Jimmy, Matthew, Justin, Patrice, and Krista; one great-grandchild, Aidan Lucas Osborne; three sisters, Barbara H. Wickrowski and her husband Paul, Diane Bryant and her husband Ronnie, and Robin G. Watts and her husband Richard; and one brother, Jerry W. Holliday and his wife Ronda. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, with the Rev. Ernest Trueblood and the Rev. Jack Sawyer officiating. At www.grahamfuneralhome.com, online viewing of the service will be available in her "Book of Memories" where you may also light a candle or leave a note to the family.
