Mary and family, I am so glad that I made the visit in Aug. We had such a nice visit and when I was leaving to come back home, Roger gave me a big hug as if he knew that would be the last time he would see me. I thought about that all the way back home. When I heard he was very sick it came back to me and I knew that was it. You-All take care and may God bless you and give you comfort, you are in my prayers.

I'll always remember Roger's great laugh and genuine smile. You were such a great couple together, hard to believe it was 36 years ago you two were wed. And our thanks to Roger for his service to our country. Liz & Ernie Rogge (Lake Stevens, WA)

We were sad to hear about Roger's death and our sympathy goes out to all of your family. It is so hard to lose a father and a mate. We wish it weren't so, but know from personal experience ourselves, this year, that it is. We are thinking of you and hoping the future will be brighter as time gives you more understanding.
