Margaret Caldwell Obituary

Margaret S. Caldwell CHESAPEAKE - Margaret S. Caldwell, 92, died in her daughter's home in Chesapeake Sept. 19, 2010. Born April 8, 1918 in Augusta, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Frank H. and Rhetta Pund Stelling, and wife of the late Dr. John D. Caldwell. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Lana and her husband Daniel of Chesapeake; a grandson, Craig Lana of Chesapeake; two great-granddaughters, Alexis and Celeste; a sister, Martha Christian and her husband, Dr. R.M. Christian of Fripp Island, S.C.; sisters-in-law, Ann Stelling of Castleberry, Fla., and Hope Caldwell of Jefferson City, Tenn.; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, John Lana. The family wishes to thank Odyssey Hospice for their care and compassion and special gratitude to Ashley Holl, her private-duty nurse. Memorial donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2435 W. Andrew Johnson Hwy., Morristown, TN 37814 or to Central Services Emergency Food Pantry, P.O. Box 1622, Morristown, TN 37816-1622. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Arrangements are being cared for by Family Choice Funerals and Cremations. Online condolences may be made at www.FamilyChoiceFunerals.com.

Margaret you will be missed and it was my pleasure to have known you .You were full of so much knowledge that I will take with me . I will watch over you daughter and be there for her like you asked me because I love her too. now it's your turn go rest in peace and be with your loved ones , always Robert and Sharon
