James Askew Obituary

James R. Askew CHESAPEAKE - James R. "Cagney" Askew, 77, of the 300 block of Holly Glen Drive passed away Sept. 22, 2010. He was born in New York City and was a member of the Chesapeake Christian Center. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite Reid Askew; one daughter, Melanie; one son, Randy; and stepdaughter, Kimberly Wrim. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Ave. Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
