Dean Dayton Obituary

Dean A. Dayton Sr. VIRGINIA BEACH - Dean Allen "Peanut" Dayton Sr., 51, died peacefully Sept. 29, 2010. He was born April 17, 1959 to Annie Taylor and Ronald Dayton. He is survived by his children, Nichole Dayton, Dean Dayton Jr., and his fiancée Tracey and their children Ivan and Dyllan and Drew Dayton; sisters, Diana and Donna Dayton; and stepsister, Rhonda Lion. Dean was the operations manager at Marina Shores for 20 years until his retirement in 2009. Dean was loved and respected throughout the community. A celebration of Dean's life will be held at noon Oct. 10 at the Marina Shores Yacht Club. Memorial donations in honor of Dean may be made at Towne Bank on First Colonial Road, Virginia Beach.

I enjoyed working with Peanut (Dean) back in the early and mid 90's while I was in the employ of Marina Shores, he will be missed by many.
