Harry Ranger Obituary

Harry Ranger VIRGINIA BEACH - Harry Ranger, 98, passed away Oct. 7, 2010. Born in New York, N.Y., Harry was retired from the garment industry in Manhattan. He was predeceased by his wife, Esther Ranger and is survived by a daughter, Merle T. Worley of Virginia Beach; six grandchildren, James Worley and wife Margie of Virginia Beach, Karen Adams of Virginia Beach, Brian Worley of Norfolk, Lisa Mugler of Virginia Beach, Matthew Ranzer of Boston, and Jodi Ranzer of Long Island, N.Y.; nine great grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Ranzer of Long Island. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday in New Montefiore Cemetery in Long Island, with Rabbi Ely J. Rosenzveig officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, is handling the arrangements. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

Ms. Worley, Brian,Lisa,Jamie & Karen- My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of loss. I know Fathers and Grandfathers hold dear memories in our hearts as did Poppy in yours.
