Barbara L. Parker CHESAPEAKE - Barbara L. Parker entered into eternal rest Oct. 6, 2010. She is survived by her husband, James H. Slade and five children; one stepson; six siblings; 15 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Ave. Chapel. Interment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
