Anita Kavanaugh Obituary

Anita L. Kavanaugh VIRGINIA BEACH - Anita L. Kavanaugh, 55, of the 1200 block of Archdale Court, passed away Oct. 17, 2010 at her home. Born in Charleston, W.Va., to the late Margaret and Kenneth Paul, Anita was a nurse at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center and was a member of the Breast Cancer Society. She is survived by her husband, Keith Kavanaugh; three daughters, Amy Nicoson, Angela Hiller and husband Seacer and Amanda Kavanaugh; sister, Victoria Lukins; two brothers, Thomas Browning and wife Jeanette and Michael Paul; five grandchildren, Megan Nicoson, Morgan Hiller, Maia Monroe, Ethan Kavanaugh and Alexa Kavanaugh; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hollomon- Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 6 to 8 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

Anita, you are the greatest and sweetest woman God could ever call on!! I love you and will miss you forever and you will always be in my heart. I know where you are there is no more suffering and you are with my beloved grandma!! I love and miss you both and will always have my memories.
