Patricia Link Obituary

Patricia Lynn Link VIRGINIA BEACH - Patricia Lynn Link, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend went home to be with Jesus Oct. 18, 2010. Born in Atlanta, July 4, 1950, Patricia was the daughter of the late Sybil L. Mauldin and Francis S. Lacey. She was predeceased by her brother, Morris Mauldin. Patricia leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Cheri Magallanes and husband William of Newport News; five grandchildren, Brittany Tilley, BrandonTilley, Abigail Tilley, Kaitlyn Magallanes, Gabriel Magallanes; one great-grandson, Jadin Johnson; stepmother, Alma Lacey of Georgia, three sisters, Janice Piden, Susan Jones of California, Neta Jones of Florida; and a dear friend, Gary McGhee of Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Richard Gates at 11 a.m. today, Oct. 20, in Hampton Memorial Gardens, Hampton. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a favorite charity. Friends are encouraged to visit www.parklawn- woodfh.com to share memories and words of comfort with the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton, VA 23666.
