Alma Robinson Obituary

Alma Mae Robinson PORTSMOUTH - Alma Mae Robinson, 71, passed away Oct. 25, 2010. She leaves to cherish her memory five daughters, seven brothers, one sister, two brothers and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel D. Robinson. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, at Christian Antioch Church, 2200 Palmer St., Portsmouth. Pastor Harold Woodley will officiate. Steele-Bullock Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Viewing will begin today at noon with a wake at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. Family and friends will assemble at the residence at 12:15 p.m. for the procession to the church. My deepest condolences to the Robinson family. Mother Robinson was a beautiful woman inside and out and will truly be missed. May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding rest, rule, and abide in you all.
