Errol Harvey Obituary

Errol Harvey VIRGINIA BEACH - Errol "Jack" Harvey, 86, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010. He was a native of Columbus, Ohio, and was the son of the late Raymond and Delilah Harvey. Jack was a veteran of three wars and was proud to be in the Navy. He was an active member in the Knights of Columbus and an active member of Holy Spirit Parish. Jack is survived by his family: sons, Brad Harvey of Virginia Beach and Hal Harvey of Naples, Fla.; sisters, Janet Hussong (Jerry) of Englewood, Ohio, and Janice Hamrick (Roger) of London, Ohio; brother, Norman Harvey (Carol) of Dublin, Ohio; and grandson, Taylor Harvey of Chesapeake. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church by Fr. Tim Kuhniman. Interment will be at a later date. The family will receive friends at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Holy Spirit Catholic Church Social Ministry, 1396 Lynnhaven Parkway, Virginia Beach, VA 23453. Brad and Hal,
I just learned of your fathers passing today, I am so very sorry. He was a wonderful man and always kind to me. My heart is sad for you but he now has ultimate healing... he has a new body and is with his beloved Pat.
