Dear Robin, Susan, and Sharon,
I am so sorry for the loss of your precious mother and friend, whom you loved so very much. She certainly loved all of you, and could not have been more proud to call you her "girls"! What a wonderful human being you had for a mother, and the apples did not fall far from the tree! I will say it again, we are all so very fortunate to have had the parents that we did! I am proud that your mother was my aunt! I rest assured knowing that she is now smiling, pain free and once again in the company of her beloved pets, and all of the family who went before her. Can you just imagine the happiness when they all welcomed her home, and the Lord said, "Well done, my good and faithful servant".
In the weeks and months to come, I hope that you find, the many wonderful memories of time spent together with your mother, brings you even closer together through healing and laughter... You will be in my thoughts and prayers! Much Love! Kathy Hiler

When I heard the news of Joyce's passing it shocked both Brandon and I, It didn't hit me right away till a couple hours later. I couldn't believe it, but I thought she's in a better place. I loved her like a mother and I know shes watching us from up above.

To Joyce's Family:
Mrs. Roberts was a wonderful lady......I had immense respect for her and for her family. Joyce WAS the face of TRUE Justice in Portsmouth and will be forever remembered in this community for her service. I'll always remember my encounters with Joyce as wonderful memories of a person whom I thought VERY highly of. The entire city should mourn and attend her memorial. I'm saddened and shocked at her passing but am given solace knowing that Joyce CERTAINLY will spend eternity in bliss as she worked so hard during her time here on earth.
