Marla G. Sanders VIRGINIA BEACH - Marla Gendleman Sanders, 59, passed away Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Lauren Sanders of Virginia Beach; her mother, Shirley Voron and her stepfather, Shlomo Tavakolly of Richmond; three sisters, Teri Bernstein and her husband Todd of Nashville, Tenn., Adrienne Glowniak and her husband Rick of Florida, and Sherrie Reish and her husband Kenneth of Atlanta; nieces and nephews, Hunter Bernstein, and Ethan and Lucy Reish; and her two Scottish terriers, Molly and Frodo. She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Gendleman. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. today, Nov. 16, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, with Rabbi Israel Zoberman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MG Cancer Fund, Attn.: Jewish Family Services of Tidewater Inc., 260 Grayson Road, Virginia Beach.
