I've know Laverne for sometime now...she always had a smile on her face..may God Bless your family..for truly we know to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord....you will be missed sitting in your seat....rest in peace my friend..

Prayers to the family at this time of sorrow. I worked with Laverne at CVAL and she was constant ear, shoulder to lean on and always had a smile on her face. My heart is aching for she is gone, yet rejoicing because I know she is now resting with the Lord.

Laverne was such a great pleasure to be around. She was full of such joy and laughter. Its was a pleasure to have her as a co-worker.
Know now that she is resting in the Master's hands. To be absent of the body is to be present with the Lord. Family, hold your heads up and stay strong. Seek the Lord for comfort he will give you peace.
