Dear David, Merelee and sons and rest of family,
Reading your mother's, mother -in-law and grandmother's obituary shows how much she was loved and cherished. Being a wife of a physician is hard enough but assisting in his practice and raising a large family is a feat all in itself. What a wonderful person.
And I know she felt the love of her family surrounding her as God called her home.

Dr. Jack and your beautiful family.. You are in our thoughts and prayers.. You have been on our minds alot over the years.. You all were such good friends to all of our family. Dr Jack and my dad, Bucky Moore were close til my dad's departure from this earth. I really wanted to be there for you today, but I just had shoulder replacement surgery and cant get there.. My deepest sympathies are with all of the Garrison family. Mrs. Garrison was indeed a wonderful woman with all whom she came in contact with. She was always the lady and will be remembered as a great one. When I worked for Dr. Garrison, she always treated me as if I was part of the family and always welcomed me into their home. Oh no. This is so sad. Momma Garrison was such a wonderful lady. I remember when she and mom would breed and raise birds together. And now she joins mom in heaven to enjoy their passion again. My heart goes out to Dr. Garrison and his family.

To Dr. Jack and his family who have felt like part of the Vaughan family for all our lives, our thoughts and prayers go out to you.
