Betty Snodgrass Obituary

Betty M. Snodgrass SUFFOLK - Betty Carolyn Melton Snodgrass, 65, passed away Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at home after a courageous battle with cancer. A native of Cleveland County, North Carolina, she had been a resident of Hampton and a resident of Suffolk for a number of years. She was a teacher in Suffolk city schools and retired as an information technician with the city of Chesapeake. A graveside funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today, Nov. 23, in Parklawn Memorial Park, 2539 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton. The Rev. Randy Green of Harvest Fellowship, Smithfield, will officiate. Arrangements are in the care of Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield.
