I didn't get the chance to meet Debbie, but I know her sister Susie well. If she was anything like her sister, then she was an amazingly strong, beautiful, and down to earth woman. May God be with you Debbie!

We were so sorry to hear about Debbie's passing. My sister, Penny Raye Cardwell Strickland, attended deaf school together. Penny is 51. I remember some years back traveling to Edenton and stopping by to see Debbie. We use to live at Pea Ridge just over the bridge at the Albermarle Sound. We will hold you in our thoughts & prayers during this time.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Debbie's passing. As cousins, we would play for hours together when I visited my grandparents in Edenton. So thankful that I got to see her when I was in Edenton last fall. She was a lovely lady. My thoughts and prayers are with Evelyn and Sue, the rest of her family and all of her friends.

To the family of Debbie Jordan, I pray for God's Comfort in you as Debbie departed the Earth. Now she is at peace and with the Lord in Heaven. I remembered her at ENCSD, Wilson, NC when I was a youngster ~~ Debbie was a teenager. She was a real nice person, had sense of humor and sweet. Saw Debbie in several churches in Raleigh when Pastor Neal Peyton preached at. Had been thinking and praying for Debbie recently. Debbie is going to be very sorely missed by her dear friends from deaf schools, churches and deaf social.
With my very heartfelt deepest sympathy,
Beth Smith

To the family of Debbie Jordan, I am sending you my very heartfelt deepest sympathy. Do remember her at ENCSD in Wilson NC when I was a youngster and looked up to her. She was a real nice person, had sense of humor and sweet. Also, saw her a few times in Raleigh churches that I visited when Pastor Neal Peyton was preaching at. Wish I could see her one more time but it's too late. Glad she is at peace now and with the Lord in Heaven. May God Bless her. With my very heartfelt deepest sympathy, Beth Smith
