Frances Skinner Obituary

Frances K. Skinner NORFOLK - Frances Kemper Skinner, 95, died peacefully Dec. 4, 2010. Born in Scioto County, Ohio in 1915, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Harry Skinner, three brothers and a sister. She is survived by her only child, Renee S. Wheeler, son-in-law Maurice J. Wheeler; three grandchildren; and seven great-grand children. Her last request was that her body be donated for medical research. Donations may be made to the Cancer Society in her name. A memorial service will be held at Westminister at Lake Ridge, Va., today, Dec. 7, at 2 p.m.

Renee, I hadn't thought about you in many years until I read your Mother's obituary in The Virginian-Pilot. You and I were 6th & 7th grade students at Gtmo in 1950-1952.
