To the Williams family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Billy when we both worked at Maryview. He was always telling me great stories and realized that it was a really small world because I went to school with Keith. Your family is my thoughts during this hard time.

Mary Lee and family: I am saddened to hear of Billy's passing. I knew and worked with Billy dispatching him to calls and working with him in the EMS service. Billy was a very respectful, and outstanding co-worker. He oftened shared his knowledge of the fire service with me and he helped me to become successful in the field of public safety. We, the dispatchers, would get tickled because of his accent when responding to calls. My deepest sympathies are with you during this difficut time.
