Edith Ziegenham

Edith M. Ziegenhain PORTSMOUTH - Edith "Mae Mae" Ziegenhain, 85, of the 200 block of Idlewood Ave., passed away Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011. She was a native of Portsmouth and a daughter of the late Louis and Bessie Ziegenhain. She retired after 30 years as a switchboard operator for Maryview Hospital. She is predeceased by two sisters and four brothers. She is survived by two sisters, Jean Jones and Betty L. Harrell, both of Portsmouth; and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence on Idlewood Avenue.
