Robert Stackhouse Obituary
Robert L. Stackhouse
of Endicott
Unexpectedly the angels came and took Robert L. Stackhouse on July 15, 2008. Their timing was right as he did not want to leave his home. He was born to Harry L. and Grace (Fiester) Stackhouse in Endicott, New York. He is survived by his wife, Margretta (O'Dea) Stackhouse; two daughters, three grandchildren, one grandson-in-law, two great-grandchildren and two cousins (Hughesville, Pa.). He was a veteran of World War II, 8th Air Force, a retired employee of I.B.M., Endicott and a past member of the Interstate Pistol Assoc. Over the years through his varied interests, he made many good friends.
The family requests no flowers, but will gladly receive love and kind thoughts on Sunday, July 20, 2008, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton.

We were very sorry to hear about Bob. We will always remember his many funny stories. He sure was "one of a kind" and will be remembered fondly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

Dear Peggy,
I am sorry to learn of Bob's passing and send you my sincerest condolences. Only those who have lost a spouse know what it is like. I will always treasure the memories we have had together.
I am now living in Florida with my second husband of 12 years now. The girls live in Florida, Colorado and Tennessee. Just had our 7th grandchild born 2 1/2 weeks ago to Nadine and Steve Webb in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Very sorry to hear about Bob...you have my sincerest sympathy.
I think of you every time I'm in town as my daughter lives up on the hill from you. One of these days, I must stop to visit.
