Vicki Heier Obituary
of Port Crane
Vicki L. Heier, 38, went to her home with her heavenly Father on Monday, July 21, 2008. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Robert Weiss. She is survived by her loving family; parents, Gary and Suzanne Heier; daughter, Kaylee Brook Hines; grandparents, George and Evelyn Heier, Mary Weiss; brother, Gary and Shana Heier Jr.; sisters, Lisa Heier, Cindy and Quentin Pickup; niece, Brittany Kay Heier Smit; nephew, Whitham John Pickup; special niece, Erica Lee Kaufman; fiance, Scott Hines; feline companion, Mugzy. Vicki was a graduate of the Chenango Forks class of 1988. She was self-employed and enjoyed fishing, walking in the state park, and time spent at the ocean.
At the families' request, private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on Kaylee's name to the Kaylee Brook Hines Fund, c/o Visions Federal Credit Union, 24 McKinley Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.

Vicki was and is one of my most favorite people,person,and friends in the world I wish we kept in touch and I'm very saddened to hear this and just now and or at all period she was a great wonderful person that will be missed dearly by many and my condolences to the family of Vicki I'm sorry for yours and all of ours loss I mean that deeply and I definitely wish I kept in touch and had more fun times with her she was someone who made me smile and laugh and we got along really great and she actually was and is my favorite friend out of all my friends that I've had or have in the world. I'm so saddened now it really does hurt I hope you all are well and I wish you all the best,Vicki I'll miss you dearly for along time now and wish I would've never lost touch. OZZIE

This past weekend the Chenango Fork's Class of 1988 had their 20th reunion. We were all shocked and saddened to hear about Vicki's passing. We all hold memories of Vicki in our hearts and hope and pray for her family's peace and solitude during these most difficult of times.

To the Heier Family, My heart goes out to all of you. Vicki will be missed terribly. May this ease your pain that she is no longer suffering. She is watching over us , keeping us safe. I remember all the times we would go walking at State Park & talk about guys & babies. That's all Vicki ever talked about. Finding that special someone to share her life & have a family. She got her wish , she met Scott & soon after she had her beautiful daughter, Kaylee. She was so happy. She absolutely loved being a Mom. Kaylee, remember always your Mother loved you with all her heart. She got to be a Mother only for a year , but it was the Best year of her life. We will make sure you never forget her Kaylee. Vicki may be gone , but certainly not forgotton. Her memory lives on in each of us. Her smile , her contagious laugh, & her great sense of humor. Vicki was classmate of mine at Harpursville high school. She had a sly sense of humor, and had a nice smile. I was in several art classes with her and I always enjoyed her. I am saddened to hear of her passing. I offer my sincere apologies.
