My condolences to Elmer's family. I grew up in the neighborhood with Elmer and went through school with him at St. Nicholas. It's sad that the Class of 1960 is shrinking one by one. I'm sure that he was loved and will be missed by one and all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mary Ann,

Please accept my sincere condolences over the death of Elmer. I loved working with Elmer in Owego all those years ago. He had a great sense of humor and such a warm personality. I'll always remember him representing IBM in the B. C. Open Pro-Am. I watched him tee off on the 9th tee and his ball went skimming across the top of the grass. I saw you in the crowd and you were doubled over laughing at him. It didn't seem to bother him, though. He was such an easy going guy. I only have good memories of him.
