Michael Kocak Obituary

Michael J. Kocak, Sr.
of Binghamton
Michael J. Kocak died October 23, 2008, with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his beloved children, sons, Michael, Jr., Brentten; and daughter, Gabriella; his twin brother and best friend, Stephen; his girlfriend and caregiver, Mary Stack, and her children, Kelly and Rob; his sister and nephew, Mary Ann and Nathan; his brother and sister-in-law, Phil and Marcy; and special cousin, Ed Lakomec. Michael loved being outdoors and especially loved fishing with his three children and brother. He liked to cook and looked forward to holiday meals with his family and friends. Michael was a father, brother, friend and uncle that will be greatly missed. His memory will always be with us.
At Michael's request, there will be no calling hours. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10:45 at Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Church, 360 Clinton St., Binghamton, where Michael was a member. Rev. Teodor Czabala, Jr., will officiate and Rev. John Mikalajunas will co-officiate. Burial will be in Holy Spirit Cemetery, Kattelville. Ernest H. Parsons

Steve, Phil & Family,
Shocked & sorry to hear about Mike's passing. I lost touch w/ everyone for so long but lately have been trying to get back in touch with those that I grew up with. Email back if you can, as I most likely will be down to visit my mom for Thanksgiving or Christmas & would like to get in contact w/ you.
