Dear Anna, Dave and family,

I wish I had just the right words to say that could take away your pain, but unfortunately there aren't any. There's only time and all those loving memories that may ease it but never extinguish it. I feel in my heart that our loved ones never really leave us. You will always remain a big part of his new life and he'll always remain a big part of yours even if it's from afar. May God bless you all and give you strength to keep going.

Love,

Terry Pike

To all of Dave's family: I am honored to be the first person to send my deepest sympathies and to express how Dave has touched lives. Dave was a wonderful and intelligent man with an acute sense of humor. We had many great times (camping, canoing, cook-outs, skiing) and even though it has been years since we did all those things, memories of good times and laughter will stay with me and my family forever. My prayers go out to you at this very difficult time. Hold close to your heart his memory and gracious smile! With Love, Jean, Mark, Sarah and Derek
