Catherine Royley Obituary
Born in Central Falls, she lived in Cumberland for over fifty years. Kitty worked at Memorial Hospital before retiring.
Kitty leaves behind her loving friend and sister Evelyn Peltier of North Providence. She leaves her devoted daughter, Gail Royley, and her partner, Annie Barlow of Pascoag. She leaves her loyal brothers-in-law, Walter and Robert Royley; and eleven nieces and nephews. She leaves one grandson of Arizona. Kitty will now be together again with her two late sisters, Grace Bertoncini and Ruth Sandrowski. She also leaves many friends who she cherished dearly.
Kitty will always be remembered for her love of life and compassion to others. She was a wonderful mother, sister and friend.
Her funeral service will be held Thursday, April 3, at 10:00 a.m. in BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday, 5:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813 would be appreciated. I have very fond memories of working with her in Memorial Hospital ER. She alway kept her sense of humor. May memories of her comfort you.
