Dear VoVo, June 18, 2008
I will always be thinking of you no matter what day it is. I will await the day that I can see and hear you again. I miss the times of you telling me that you loved me. The way you looked at me, and the expectations you had for me as a grandson of someone as important as you. I will feel you at all times through my soul an instinct. Now you are with the beloved Uncle Danny, Ziti, and the more to come. I also loved the way you saw me not as a grandson of your own. Enouncing what a great athlete I am and that some day I will be a professional. I hope that you follow me through my life so that I can feel you and be supported by you. I will always be thinking of you, every time I get up to bat, I make a shot, or tackle a running back. I will just want the times back as like when my parents where away and I could spend a whole week with you and my brothers. I will see you in the stands just as I did before. All the basketball games you went to and baseball games you watched, I will never forget those times and I want to let you know how much they meant to me. You were a role model to me. When I am a father I hope to put as much effort and love as you did to my own Father, Aunts, and Uncles. Also to be exactly like you when I am a grandfather. You where also a leader and served our country. You will be dearly missed by all. Our memories will never be broken and we will stay united until the day I am up there with you. I will always love you.

Love Your Grandson, Shane Matthew
