I was shocked and saddened to hear about Sue and extend my deepest sympathy to her family and friends.
Although I have not seen her in a few years, I got to know her when I was a sales rep calling on North Providence Medical Services. It was always enjoyable talking with and being around Sue; she was good humored. Sue spoke lovingly of her family and her joy in playing golf. She was highly regarded by many of us reps and is fondly remembered.

Auntie Susan, I am at a loss for words, but not for tears. It is trully amazing how one person can touch so many people in so many ways. Family gatherings just won't be the same without you ( I always loved your Christmas cookies and peanut brittle). I don't know if I ever really thanked you for accepting me for me, but Thank You for making Mark and me feel welcome and loved. Auntie, I'm (we're) trully going to miss you. All my love forever, Brad

Dear Roy, Chris and Amy,

I didn't know Sue very long, but through the union of two beautiful people, my neice Shayna and Chris, I experienced some very special memories with Sue. She was always upbeat and enthusiastic and always smiling. Her smile reflected the depth of her happiness and the love of her family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you Roy, Chris and Amy. I'm so glad I had the chance to know her if only for a short time. God Bless you all.

Roy, Amy, Chris. We remember the 25th anniversary. Roy said she was the most beautiful woman in the world when I married her and she still is. She had her priorities right. God first, family next, then friends and herself last. I'm sure Jesus welcomed her with open arms; His good and faithful servant.

Roy, Amy and Chris,
I remember babysitting so many years ago, so that Sue and Roy could double date with my parents. I still have the crochet Christmas ornaments Sue made for me over 20 years ago! I can't believe she is gone. We spoke of you as "Sue and Roy", because you were always a pair! I know how excited Sue was to be a grandmother and to know she was going to be one again. Matthew was her joy! She was proud of Chris being a firefighter. She was happy to see both of her kids married, ready to have families of their own. She will still look down from heaven and be proud! I'm sure she is singing in the heavenly choir now.

BUT AT LEAST NOW SHE WILL NOT BE IN PAIN AND WILL BE AT PEACE. Sue,
I don't know where to begin...Today when I opened the Bible to place your memory card inside it, tucked away with the rest of our family I came across a picture that was in there as well. It was of you and I and you were pushing me on a swing. We looked so happy, all smiles we were. Today my smile is not so bright as it was on that day, but the joy it gave me to see that picture of the two of us is something I will treasure always. I LOVE you Sue...my life will not be the same with you away, but I know, as always you will have everything in order for when I arrive to be with the rest of the family. I will carry your love and memories in my heart. ALWAYS.

Dear Roy, Amy and Chris,
I was so sad to hear of Sue's passing! My mother would pass along e-mails with updates on her progress and I was amazed at her strength of spirit and a Grace that certainly came from God! I will always remember with great fondness Sue's beautiful smile, warmth and kindness! I treasure the beautiful embroidered birth announcements that Sue made for my daughters' births! She was a very special person.

Sue,
I love all the times we were able to share the laughs, and the tears. Remember when Roy came to pick you up for a date and he thought that I was MOM we laughed about that for a long time. You were always there for me especially when times got hard. You called on all your special friends to pray me through it all. I always tried to follow in your ways because I saw that you gave Mom and Dad great joy. As I look around my home I am reminded of all the beautiful gifts that you made Joe and I. Quilts, Needlepoint pictures and especially our wedding invitation that you also did in needlepoint(also all the pillows in NH) so you see Sue with every glance no matter where I am I will always see you in my life. I ask the Lord in his Mercy to keep me on the same course so that we will again share our special life together.

I Love You Sue

Dear Susan, I do not know where to begin to tell you how you touched my life. From the day Roy took you to ma's house , you just fit right in. To me are all the memories of Christmas Eve cooking all the fish while Pa Gene keep the four kids busy in the living room with music playing. While you Roy me and ma an auntie were busy. We always had a lot of fun. Then going to mass smelling of fish and laughing all the time. In the summer with all the water fights between turning off the water on Roy while he was the shower an getting wet with the cold hose water throught the window. All the Sunday dinners when roy was in Viet Nam, you wrighting him letters on a roll of toilet papper. There are so many more memories I can't beging to write. I will always remember your beautiful smile, your voice, and your laugh.God must have needed you for his choir. You will be sadlly missed. When you get to heaven please give Pa Gene a big hug and kiss from me. And make sure you give everyone else one too. Miss you Love Carol!

Mom,
I don't even know how to explain to you how much you mean to me, and how much I love you. I am so thankful to have had a mom like you. I only wish I could talk to you and give you a Big hug one more time. I will always treasure the time I had with you on this earth, I wish it could have been longer so you could see my kids be born. We never even had the time to enjoy the new home shayna and I bought. But I guess you had a higher calling, and these things that I am wanting to have shared with you are small in comparison to what God needs you to do. You will be greatly missed, and I can only hope that you are looking out for me up there. I will try to make you proud of me each and every day, and to show everyone how well you have rasied me. I will love you and miss you.....
Always and Forever

To My Beloved Wife,
From the first day we met, I fell in love with you. You were so very beautiful and you still are. When I was in the service for 4 years you stood by me, waiting... When we used to write to one another we often talked about the day we would get married and if we had children how they would grow up to be wonderful and caring adults. Babe, I think we accomplished that because we have two beautiful children who have grown up to be caring adults and who have started their own families. Amy, who married Dave, is a great person and gave us a beautiful grandson, Matthew. In November, our second grandson, Noah will be born. Christopher got married last July to a beautiful girl, Shayna. One day start their own family.
Sue, I believe we accomplished what we set out to do over 40 years ago, but sadly now there will always be an emptiness in my heart without you here.
Sue, I will love you for the rest of my life. There will never be another person in my life like you. I will love you forever.

Forever Your Husband,
Roy

Dear Roy, Chris, & Amy,

Words can not explain how shocked and saddened I was to learn of Sue's passing. Not only was she a hard working, loyal, and dedicated employee; she was also a friend and role model. Sue loved to give advice on everything from cooking to relationships, and was always one to lend an ear. One of the things I'll never forget about Sue is her smile and the big bag of homemade popcorn. Work will never be the same without her, she will be greatly missed.

I cannot find the right words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. God Bless.

Mom,
I will never forget your face, your gentle touch, the phone calls 5 times a day or more, or how you beamed everytime you saw Matthew. You were always there for me and I was so happy and proud to be able to care for you in return. I am so proud to be your daugther and to call you my Mother. I love you so much. I will pass down the values to Matthew and Noah that you gave to me. I hope one day that they will tell me I am a great Mom like I would tell you. I promise that I will take care of Dad for you. Matthew and Noah will always know how great their "Grammy" was. You will never be forgotten. I know I can always look into the sky and know you are watching down on us and guiding us in the right direction. And I look forward to the day I can see and hug you again. I will love you always Mom.

Your loving daughter,
Amy Beth
