John Francis Obituary
He lived in Bristol for many years, and graduated with the Class of 1983 from Bristol High School.
He was employed as Maintenance Supervisor for Baytower Nursing Center of Providence.
He is survived by a son, Tyler Francis of Warwick, his parents, brothers David Francis of Topsham ME and Matthew Francis of Bristol.
A Funeral will be held Saturday July 19 at 10 AM, from the George Lima Funeral Home, 367 High St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 141 State St. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bristol. Visiting Hours 4-8 PM, Friday. Donations may be made in his memory to: Bristol Rescue Squad, PO Box 775, Bristol, RI 02809.

This is the last day of the guest books' availability to add comments. I wanted to say that Jay has not left my heart or dreams or prayers from the sad moment we heard of his passing. They say time heals, I am sure it does.But we will never forget and never be far from the essence of Jays memory. Dear Francis Family, please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. Jay was a frequent visitor to the Perry house hanging out with my brother Shawn. He has certainly left us all with fond memories. We are deeply sorry to hear about the great loss of your Son,Father, Friend ect., Jay was a wonderful quiet man I meet him about 2 years ago I became his nieghbor, every time we seen him he was always helping out Cheryl on fixing something in the house but always said hello to us and spoke to us between fences he will be greatly miss.
